80% of people thought it is acceptable to be witch in today's society because people have the freedom of choice in life, it is a lifestyle choice and people can choose to do with their lives as they wish to.
The 20% of people who thought it wast acceptable to be a witch on today's society though so because
1) they thought witches were deluded people.
OR
2) magic is not understood so people become scared of the power.

Many people who responded to this question thought that everyone had the right to be or do anything they wanted as long as it didn't hurt people or break any laws, a lot of people were interested in witchcraft and wanted to know more about it. I got the feeling that some people found witchcraft to be fake or attention seeking if they were very cynically in their other answers.
